Sourcing Process
Identify qualified suppliers and validate trace, stock, and pricing across our network of 40+ OEM brands and 160+ hardware suppliers. Documentation is verified before quoting begins.

Stage 03
Fast-Track Quoting
Rapid quotation turnaround with competitive pricing and lead times. For AOG situations, we escalate to emergency sourcing with quotes returned within the hour wherever possible.

Stage 04
Order Processing
Order confirmation, documentation package preparation, and system integration. Full traceability records — 8130s, CoCs, shipping documentation — are compiled and reviewed before release.

Stage 05
Dispatch
Logistics coordination, freight booking, customs documentation, and delivery to customer. We track every shipment from warehouse to arrival and resolve any transit exceptions proactively.
